Selain itu hari ini juga diperingati sebagai <a href=\"https:\/\/nasional.kompas.com\/read\/2024\/01\/06\/00000021\/tanggal-8-januari-2024-memperingati-hari-apa-\">National Gluten Free<\/a>. Perayaan ini bertujuan untuk membatasi penggunaan gula dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula merupakan bahan makanan yang memiliki rasa manis. Umumnya gula digunakan pada berbagai makanan dan minuman yang kita santap sehari-hari. Mengonsumsi gula dengan berlebihan dapat meningkatkan risiko berbagai permasalahan kesehatan penyakit tidak kontrol (<a href=\"https:\/\/ayosehat.kemkes.go.id\/cara-mengurangi-asupan-gula-setiap-hari\">PPK<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekalipun tidak sedang dalam rangka peringatan hari bebas gula, hidup sehat tetap penting. Untuk mengurangi asupan gula setiap hari, Anda dapat mengikuti beberapa saran berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kurangi konsumsi makanan olahan yang mengandung gula, garam, dan lemak yang tinggi, seperti cemilan berupa biskuit, kue, dan camilan lainnya. Konsumsilah makanan dalam bentuk yang asli, yang bisa Anda dapatkan di buah-buahan segar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kurangi konsumsi makanan atau minuman yang memiliki gula tambahan dalam sajiannya, seperti yang permen, hingga jus buah yang diberikan pemanis lagi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baca nilai informasi gizi dari setiap makanan atau bahan makanan yang Anda beli, sehingga Anda bisa menakarnya sesuai dengan anjuran di atas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Makin Sehat dengan Asupan Bebas Gula&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadar akan pentingnya hal ini, warga UKWMS pernah menggelar workshop pembuatan permen untuk penderita diabetes. Ini dilakukan dalam rangkaian kegiatan Gelar Karya LPPM Inov Fest 2022 pada Rabu (23\/11\/2022) siang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inovasi ini diracik oleh Martha Ervina Dosen <a href=\"https:\/\/ukwms.ac.id\/en\/campus\/fakultas-farmasi\/\">Faculty of Pharmacy<\/a> dan Pusat Penelitian Obat Tradisional (PPOT). Bersamanya, ada Anita Maya Sutedja selaku Ketua Pusat Penelitian Pangan dan Gizi, dan Netty Kusumawati Dosen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodtech.ukwms.ac.id\/\">Faculty of Agricultural Technology<\/a> (FTP) dan Pusat Penelitian Pangan dan Gizi (PPPG). Mereka menghasilkan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suarasurabaya.net\/kelanakota\/2022\/tenaga-kependidikan-ukwms-racik-permen-untuk-penderita-diabetes\/\">permen rendah indeks glikemik<\/a> yang aman bagi penderita diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi, melalui ilmuwan, kita dapat belajar cara mengurangi asupan gula setiap hari untuk menjaga kesehatan. Harapannya, <a href=\"https:\/\/ayosehat.kemkes.go.id\/cara-mengurangi-asupan-gula-setiap-hari\">pembelajaran<\/a> ini mencegah permasalahan kesehatan penyakit akibat gaya hidup tidak terkontrol.(VW)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(UKWMS &#8211; 8\/1\/2024) Tanggal 8 Januari 2024, menjadi Peringatan Hari Bebas Gula.
