Padahal, <em>green coffee<\/em> memiliki khasiat untuk memelihara stamina tubuh dengan bertindak sebagai antioksidan dan memiliki aktivitas anti obesitas yang baik.<\/p>\n<p><em>Green coffee <\/em>merupakan biji kopi yang diperoleh tanpa melewati proses <em>roasting <\/em>(pemanggangan). Proses pemanggangan pada kopi dapat menurunkan aktivitas antioksidan sehingga, <em>green coffee <\/em>memiliki kandungan senyawa aktif yang lengkap dibandingkan kopi hitam (<em>roasted coffee<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Maka dari itu, Andre Wijaya mahasiswa Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya (FF UKWMS) berinovasi dengan bahan <em>green coffee<\/em> dalam sediaan granul <em>effervescent <\/em>dengan nama R\u00f8nf\u00e9. Granul <em>effervescent <\/em>merupakan produk minuman kesehatan berupa serbuk kasar atau granul yang dikemas dalam bentuk <em>sachet. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em>\u201cBeberapa tahun terakhir ini perkembangan industri makanan dan minuman khususnya dari kopi telah berkembang pesat, oleh sebab itu saya berinovasi untuk menciptakan produk granul <em>effervescent <\/em>berbahan dasar <em>green coffee<\/em> jenis Robusta. Ditambah lagi <em>green coffee<\/em> memiliki kandungan antioksidan dan anti obesitas yang baik,\u201d ujar Andre.<\/p>\n<p>Proses pembuatan diawali dengan mengolah <em>green coffee<\/em> hingga menjadi serbuk dengan cara digiling dan dilanjutkan dengan proses ekstraksi hingga menghasilkan ekstrak kering <em>green coffee<\/em>. Ekstrak kering <em>green coffee<\/em> yang diperoleh selanjutnya dapat digunakan untuk diformulasikan menjadi sediaan granul <em>effervescent green coffee<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Pembuatan sediaan granul <em>effervescent green coffee<\/em> dapat dilakukan sebagai berikut. Pertama-tama asam sitrat, asam tartrat dan natrium bikarbonat dicampur hingga merata, lalu dikeringkan.\u00a0 Selanjutnya, campuran tersebut dihaluskan dan dicampur dengan semua bahan tambahan lain secara berturut-turut ekstrak kering <em>green coffee<\/em>, larutan pengikat, dikempa hingga terbentuk massa granul <em>effervescent<\/em>, diayak, dan dioven , setelah itu diayak kembali dan sediaan granul <em>effervescent <\/em>siap untuk dikemas.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk menikmatinya, granul <em>effervescent<\/em> dilarutkan pada 250 ml air dingin untuk menambah kesegaran, karena berbentuk granul <em>effervescent<\/em>, maka akan menghasilkan gelembung gas karbondioksida sehingga memberikan sensasi menarik dan menyegarkan.<\/p>\n<p>Produk \u2018R\u00f8nf\u00e9\u2019 sendiri telah melewati beberapa evaluasi mutu sediaan yakni meliputi uji sifat alir, uji kadar air, uji waktu larut, uji pH (setelah dilarutkan), dan uji aktivitas antioksidan. Produk \u2018R\u00f8nf\u00e9\u2019 memiliki jangka waktu daya simpan selama kurang lebih satu tahun pada tempat yang kering dengan suhu ruang di bawah 30\u00b0C.
