Sebanyak empat kelompok mahasiswa, berjibaku dalam waktu menuntaskan Ujian Akhir Semester mata kuliah Teknologi Pengolahan Mie dan Pasta.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada Kamis (22\/5) lalu, para mahasiswa berjibaku mengimplementasikan ide kreatifnya dalam menghasilkan inovasi menu mie. Total ada empat menu mie yang dihasilkan dan siap untuk dinilai oleh para panelis. Sebanyak 10 orang panelis yang terdiri dari dosen dan tenaga kependidikan di UKWMS, secara bergantian mencicipi dan menilai inovasi tersebut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empat menu mie tersebut yakni, Mie GoJak (Gochujang, Rujak Gobet) Somen, Mie CoJuCang (Coklat, Keju, Kacang), lalu Mie Es Teler, dan Ceremie (Cereal Mie).Tak hanya bahan baku, kearifan makanan lokal Indonesia melatar belakangi inovasi para mahasiswa. Mereka diberikan waktu selama 90 menit untuk menyelesaikan menu tersebut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemilihan inovasi tersebut, tak lepas dari kepopuleran menu tersebut di masyarakat. Selain mengusung cita rasa lokal, para mahasiswa tak segan untuk memadukannya dengan bahan baku lainnya.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSebelum implementasi hari ini, para mahasiswa lebih dahulu mengusulkan ide menu pengolahan mie untuk dipilih oleh teman sekelas. Selain ide yang menarik, dilihat juga dari kemungkinan implementasinya bagaimana. Dari empat ide menu yang terpilih lantas dibuat hari ini,\u201d terang Anita Maya Sutedja,Ph.D., selaku dosen pengampu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keempat inovasi tersebut mengundang decak kagum para panelis. \u201cKeren banget inovasinya, <em>out of the box<\/em>!
