Salah satunya, Bakso Goyang Rasa 768 yang diminati banyak konsumen. Namun, untuk memproduksi dalam jumlah banyak, dibutuhkan alat pendukung, memperhatikan kebersihan, dan menjaga kualitas produk. Serta pencatatan keuangan yang baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun, kapasitas Bakso Goyang Rasa 768 dalam produksi dan proses penggilingan adonan masih secara manual. Memperhatikan hal tersebut, Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat UKWMS dari Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian yang beranggotakan Dr. Anita Maya Sutedja, STP., M.Si., Ph.D., dan Chatarina Yayuk Trisnawati, STP., MP., serta Fakultas Bisnis beranggotakan Dr. Dyna Rachmawati, SE., M.Si., Ak., berkolaborasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui skema Pemberdayaan Berbasis Masyarakat, Tim Abdimas UKWMS menerima pendanaan dari Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia. Adapun tema yang diusung adalah Peningkatan kualitas produksi dan manajemen pengelolaan produk bakso sehat beku di IRT Bakso Goyang Rasa 768.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPada abdimas ini, kami memberikan pendampingan kepada pemilik usaha. Tujuannya, agar kegiatan produksi dan penjualan bakso berjalan lancar. Tentunya sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki oleh pengusaha,\u201d tutur Anita Maya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain memiliki stan untuk berjualan, pengusaha Bakso Goyang Rasa 768 menerima pesanan bakso dalam kemasan. Tetapi, baru sebatas dikemas dalam kantong plastik dan disimpan sementara di lemari pendingin. Sehingga, umur simpan produk lebih pendek dan dapat menurunkan kualitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dilaksanakan pada Sabtu (31\/8) dan Sabtu (7\/9) lalu, kegiatan ini meliputi penggunaan alat penggiling adonan bakso, alat pencetak, alat pengemas vakum, dan pencatatan keuangan. \u201cUntuk pencatatan keuangan, pelatihan berupa implementasi konsep target costing untuk menetapkan harga jual. Dan penerapan program aplikasi SIAPIK [3-5],\u201d jelas Dyna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SIAPIK merupakan program aplikasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Indonesia dan Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI). Program ini pun sudah sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Kecil Menengah (SAK-EMKM). Dan memudahkan pengguna untuk mencatat laporan keuangan, karena pengoperasiannya yang mudah bagi non akuntansi. \u201cHarapannya, melalui pendampingan ini, pengusaha Bakso Goyang Rasa 768 bisa meningkatkan kualitas dan produksinya. Termasuk, dalam mengelola keuangannya bisa teratur dan tertata. Dan penerapan teknologi pengemasan vakum dan lemari pembekuan, bisa memperpanjang umur simpan produk,\u201d ungkas Chatarina Yayuk.
